Enhanced installation checks to ensure that the correct version of LCD Manager is installed.
Installation program now checks for a running instance of NGists, and closes down if possible. Versions of NGists earlier than 0.5.2 will still need to be closed manually.
Fixed program crash during Windows shutdown
Fixed a bug where the program would occasionally crash when scrolling in the Player List listbox.
