Channel List Screen Settings

This tab enables you to configure the behaviour of the Channel List screen.

The options on this dialog are:

SAs must enter a password when joining protected channels

If this is checked, the screen will always prompt for a password when joining a password-protected channel. If this is unchecked, the password prompt is skipped for players with Server Admin privilege.

Cache channel passwords when connected to a server

If this is checked, channel passwords are cached for the duration of a server connection (the cache is cleared when you disconnect from the server). You will need to enter the password the first time you join a password-protected channel, but not on subsequent attempts. If this is unchecked, you have to enter the password every time you join a password-protected channel.
