This software may connect to a Web server to check whether a newer version of the software is available. You can disable this check within the program configuration options. If you allow the check to take place, the program may send some information to the Web server for analytical purposes. This information is restricted to the NGists software version, some program configuration options, and the language that your Windows installation uses.

An example of the kind of information sent to the server is:

This information will only be used to count installations and enhance future versions of the software. The information does not include any personal details, and no data is stored that can link this information back to you, your computer or your IP address.
